Booking a Trip or Event with us is simple and easy! You can phone or e-mail us the dates you request, so that we can verify availability and reserve them for you. Then fill out the Application form below in full, and send it in with the 25% deposit (check or money order) to secure your dates. We will forward the trip Package Information which includes the Release Form, Medical Form and what items you should bring. All forms are to be filled out in full and returned with total payment 30 days prior to the Event or Adventure. (If possible)
Withdrawal Policy
If you cancel your trip 31 days before departure, the deposit will be refunded less $100.00 CAD for administration fees. Unfortunitly the shorter the notice, the less likelihood we have of re-booking the dates in an already short season. The following is a schedule of retained fees.
Between 30 - 15 days: 25% of the total fee wil be retained Less than 15 days: 50% of the total fee will be retained
Retained fees may be put towards a re-booking in the same season less $100.00 administration fees...if dates are available.
Insurance
We strongly recommended that you purchase adequate insurance such as trip cancellation, baggage, and extended medical coverage including emergency evacuation insurance. Please check with your Health Plan provider to verify if you have sufficient coverage.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to change the itinerary in order to optimize and enhance the total experience or require to do so beyond measures of our control such as inclement weather.
Trip Cancellation
If we require to cancell a booking for whatever unforeseen reason, we will refund your money immediately and do everything possible to re-book at your convenience. This is highly unlikely.
